A bird bath with a hand-applied ombre glaze: deep sapphire cobalt blue at the center fading to pale off-white along the scalloped rim. The Lotus pattern and glossy kiln-fired finish make it a decorative focal point in a garden bed or on a patio, with or without birds visiting.

Its bowl is about 17 inches across and the whole piece stands just over 18 inches tall. A shallow basin suits birds that want to drink and splash, and the base is built to stay steady outdoors. Each one is made by hand, so glaze color and texture vary a little from piece to piece. Glaze on this bird bath is made to resist rain and UV rays.

Construction: ceramic.
