Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed before GMT- 05:00 Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping & Transit Times
- Once shipped, estimated transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.
- For orders below this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- We use [FedEx &. UPS Freight] for safe and reliable furniture delivery.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
- Large furniture pieces may be shipped via freight, requiring scheduled delivery.
- Freight shipments are curbside delivery only unless white-glove service is selected (if available).
Tracking & Order Updates
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- If your tracking status hasn’t updated within 3 days, contact us at support@twoseventynine.com.
Change of Address Policy
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If the order has shipped, you may need to contact the carrier to request a reroute (additional fees may apply).
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the U.S. only (no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO).
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos.
- For lost or stolen packages, file a claim with the carrier and notify us at support@twoseventynine.com for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
