Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed before GMT- 05:00 Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Transit Times

  • Once shipped, estimated transit times are:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • We use [FedEx &. UPS Freight] for safe and reliable furniture delivery.

Freight & Large Item Deliveries

  • Large furniture pieces may be shipped via freight, requiring scheduled delivery.
  • Freight shipments are curbside delivery only unless white-glove service is selected (if available).

Tracking & Order Updates

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • If your tracking status hasn’t updated within 3 days, contact us at support@twoseventynine.com.

Change of Address Policy

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If the order has shipped, you may need to contact the carrier to request a reroute (additional fees may apply).

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only (no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos.
  • For lost or stolen packages, file a claim with the carrier and notify us at support@twoseventynine.com for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
