A crank on the side of the powder-coated pole opens and closes it in seconds. Tilt the shade to follow the sun. The canopy is 180g polyester that resists UV and water, held by eight ribs and a rust-resistant steel pole, with vents for air circulation. A cross base is included. Weighted plates are not, though you can mount it to a surface.
