Silver and wide, this 8x13 ft retractable awning shades a patio, backyard, balcony or doorway. Turn the crank to roll it out when the sun is high. Roll it back when you want the light.

The canopy is 280g polyester with a waterproof PU coating and a UV80+ rating. Steel tube supports, a thickened aluminum top tube that keeps the fabric taut, and screwed connections give it level 4 wind resistance, so retract it during storms. Install it at 8 to 12 ft on a concrete or large brick wall. Three people are needed, plus a drill.
