This low black base is made for offset umbrellas. It is a flat HDPE platform, 31.5 inches wide, 23.5 inches deep and only 6.8 inches tall, and you provide your own post.

Two flexible wheels let you roll it to wherever the shade is needed, which makes it extra easy to rearrange your outdoor space. The thick, high-density HDPE is meant for outdoor use. It works for cantilever umbrellas on patios, porches and poolside. Check that your post suits a base of this style before you order.
