Outdoor Dining Sets for 6

Outdoor dining set for 6: what is included

An outdoor dining set for 6 pairs one table with six chairs. Sets here seat six, and each listing shows the exact pieces included.

Colors include black, brown, gray, natural, white and beige. Check each listing for the table shape and size, since sets differ.

Measure your patio before you choose, because a table for six needs space on every side for chairs and for walking past.

Outdoor dining sets for 6 with umbrella

Some outdoor dining sets for 6 with umbrella holes let you add shade over the table. A 9 foot umbrella suits most tables that seat six.

Tables come in rectangular, oval and round shapes, and select models are extendable. Allow about 36 inches behind each chair so everyone can sit down and stand up comfortably.

Outdoor patio dining sets for 6 in solid acacia wood

Most outdoor patio dining sets for 6 here are solid acacia wood. Solid wood gives a sturdy table that suits family meals outdoors.

Wood needs a yearly coat of outdoor sealer or oil to keep its color. A few sets add resin wicker for a lighter look.

Aluminum outdoor dining sets for 6 and metal frames

Aluminum outdoor dining sets for 6 are rust-resistant and need only washing. Other sets use steel or iron frames, and a few use HDPE or sintered stone tops.

Select sets have stackable chairs that save space, and some have swivel chairs. Steel and iron can rust if the finish is scratched, so touch up any chips.

Seating comfort and care for outdoor dining sets for 6

Most outdoor dining sets for 6 include cushions for longer meals. Where seat height is listed, it runs 15.8 to 19 inches.

Use a fitted cover in rain and winter, and bring cushions indoors when the season ends. Wash frames and tabletops with mild soap and water, and wipe up spills quickly so they do not stain.
