This large black base is made for cantilever umbrellas that use a cross base. It is a hollow HDPE plate that you fill with water or sand to add weight. The cross base itself is not included.

Filling holes sit on top of each plate, and drainage outlets on the inner side open with twist caps, so emptying it takes little effort. A built-in handle helps you lift it, and a cross-shaped slot is built for cantilever umbrellas. The HDPE is weather-resistant. It measures 39.8 inches square and weighs 24 pounds before filling.
