Here is a black set of four HDPE weights that keeps an offset umbrella from tipping. They are designed to match an umbrella with a cross base, or a 360 degree rotatable cross base, and the umbrella is not included.

Fill each one through its spout with sand or water. The set can reach as much as 264 lbs with sand or 176 lbs with water. They weigh 10 lbs empty, so you can pick them up and place them easily before filling, and a cross bar underneath adds sturdiness. Grooves in the surface improve grip on the base. The HDPE has a weather resistant, UV protective coating, and the 3.3 by 3.3 ft footprint fits a 39.3 in cross base.
