This is a whole wall, not just a bed. The queen murphy bed sits in the middle in black, with a wardrobe column, storage drawers and a top shelf built around it, so one piece of furniture replaces a dresser, a closet and a bed frame.

Underneath the bed platform there is a storage shelf for bedding and off-season things, which is the space most wall beds waste. The wardrobe and drawers can go on either side of the bed, so you can plan around a door or a window.

It supports 600 lb and takes a mattress 8 to 10 in thick, thicker than most fold-away beds allow.

The unit measures 113.7 in long by 16.7 in wide by 86.9 in high and weighs 415 lb. Construction: MDF, veneer.
