This black resin base is a square block that anchors a patio umbrella and rolls when you need to move it. Four wheels let it slide across a deck, garden or backyard without scratching the floor, and handles make lifting and carrying easier.

Two inlets on top take water or sand, and two outlets on the side let you drain it. The guidance is to fill at least 50% with sand, and it takes up to 260 lbs of water. It measures 35 inches square and 7.5 inches tall and has a finished 3D surface in black. The material is described as water-resistant and UV-resistant.

Construction: plastic.
