The raised shelf is what sets this black solid fir outdoor kitchen island apart. It lifts small items off the work surface, so the stainless steel top stays free for grilling and prep.

This is a big piece, 53.3 inches wide, 27 inches deep and 43.1 inches tall. Towel racks and a spice rack sit on both sides, and when a grill takes over the top, the open center console becomes a second work surface. Shelves adjust up and down, or slide to one side so a propane tank fits, and a gas channel is reserved in the right cabinet.

S-hooks, hooks behind the door and magnetic door closers add small conveniences, and four lockable 360 degree wheels roll it into place.

Construction: steel frame and solid wood.
