Deep black velvet and rows of button tufting give this two-seat Chesterfield sofa a dramatic, classic look in the living room. Tufts run across the front of the backrest, the seat frame and the arms.

The velvet changes with your hand. Brush it with the grain and it reads lighter and softer, then against the grain it turns richer and darker. Gold-toned metal legs pick up the golden copper studs along the arms, and a pull ring on each armrest is there for hanging a charm, a small photo or a souvenir.
