This is a gray farmhouse drop-leaf dining table that extends to fit tight spaces. One side folds down, so you can keep it narrow against a wall and open it up when you need more room.

The top is MDF finished with a real acacia veneer, 0.7 inch thick. The legs are solid rubberwood in an H-shaped base with a footrest stretcher bar between them.

It runs 47 inches long and 30 inches tall. The width adjusts from 18 inches with the leaf down to 36 inches with it up, and it holds up to 300 pounds. The table weighs 58.42 pounds.

Assembly is required and all tools are included. It suits small kitchens, apartments, and breakfast nooks where floor space is tight.
