This is a farmhouse extendable dining table with a rectangular Parsons-style base. It extends from 59 inches to 77 inches, so you can open it up for company and close it down for daily use.

The top is MDF finished with an oak veneer and a painted surface, and the legs are solid rubberwood turned in a farmhouse style with protective foot pads. A built-in metal slide rail runs under the top, and the extension opens in four steps: unlock the latches, insert the panels, and lock the top. Each leaf adds 17.99 inches.

It measures 35.04 inches wide and 30.94 inches tall, and weighs 94.8 pounds. The top holds up to 220 pounds. All tools are included, and it assembles in 60 minutes.
