This compact 39.3-inch farmhouse kitchen island packs prep space and storage into a small footprint. It measures 39.3'' wide, 21.7'' deep and 36'' tall, with a walnut-stained wood-grain top rated to 400 lbs. A drop-leaf on the end folds up for extra counter space and back down to save room.

Storage includes one large drawer and a cabinet with an adjustable, removable shelf, so you can open up the full height for taller items. A two-tier open rack on the side holds jars and spices, four metal hooks inside the door hang utensils, and a towel bar sits on the opposite side. A magnetic door holder keeps the door from swinging.

The cart rolls on four wheels, two of them lockable. Its enclosed cabinet and hooks also make it handy as a grill or garden cart in a covered outdoor spot.
