Queen Murphy Beds

Queen murphy bed cabinet styles

A queen murphy bed cabinet looks like a chest or credenza when closed. The bed unfolds onto a platform that holds a tri-fold mattress about 5 to 6 inches thick, with no box spring needed. Many add a rolling storage drawer and built-in AC and USB-A charging, and finishes include white, coffee, gray, espresso, and walnut with rattan door panels. Where stated, these cabinets support 400 to 500 pounds.

Queen murphy bed with desk or vanity

A queen murphy bed with desk turns a guest room into an office. Several wall beds add a built-in desk, from a dark gray bed with USB charging to white and gray units with side shelves, cabinets or LED lights. The white vertical wall bed uses gas struts to help lift the mattress. Vanity models pair a desk with a mirror and side drawers, and their lift mechanism closes with the mattress in place.

Queen size murphy bed with storage

A queen size murphy bed with side storage can replace a dresser or bookcase. Choose units with adjustable shelves and a drawer in white or walnut, a black bed with a louvered front, four-drawer and LED-lit gray units, or larger wardrobe and closet units. A rotating bed turns to show 14 storage shelves. Rated weight capacities run from 400 to 800 pounds.
