Fill it with 110 pounds of sand or 86 pounds of water through a single inlet. Knob screws anchor the pole, which can be 1.5 or 1.89 inches, so the base works for center pole umbrellas under four meters and for dual-head umbrellas. The body is high-density polyethylene with a powder-coated metal tube. It measures 22.4 inches each way and 15 inches high.
